Chicken Bacon Ranch vs BBQ Chicken Pizza

Last night, Rob and I couldn't agree on what type of pizza we wanted so we decided to have our first "pizza off".  We split the crust in half and each could make whatever type of pizza we wanted.  After we cooked them, we each traded a slice and tried to unbiasedly judge which pizza was better.  Rob and I are both so competitive so we got super into our pizzas.  I made a chicken bacon ranch and he made a bbq chicken. Both were delicious but of course I think mine was better ;)  I listed both recipes below if you want to be our impartial judge!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients:

1/2 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

1 Garlic and Herb Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge

2 oz Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded

1 slice Bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 T FF Ranch

1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 425.

Mix 2 oz chicken with 1/2 T ranch dressing until chicken is well coated.

Spread cheese wedge over pizza crust.

Spread remaining ranch dressing evenly over pizza crust.

Add chicken and bacon.

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

1/2 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

2 T Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

1 oz Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded

2 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/8 cup Vidalia Onion, diced

1/3 cup Mexican Blend Cheese

Cilantro

Directions:

Pre-heat oven 425.

Spread bbq sauce evenly over pizza crust.

Top with chicken, bacon, and onion.

Cover evenly with cheese.

Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

Top with fresh cilantro.

Which one do you think looks the best?  I swear I won't hold it against you if you pick bbq chicken...it was pretty scrumptious!
