These little bites defy all dessert rules for me. They are insanely simple. They are super low in points. They are made from ingredients that I always have laying around. They are ridiculously good. Someone who I won't name ate 13!! (It wasn't me, I promise--I did eat four though!)
Ingredients:
Two Frozen Bananas
1/4 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
Directions:
Cover a cooling rack with tin foil.
Cut frozen banana into 3/4 inch slices.
Mix peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir together.
Dip banana slices in chocolate mix and place on tin foil.
Put in freezer for an hour (or as long as you can stand it!)
WW Points+: 1 for two bites
PS. First picture on my new camera!! Nothing special (Rob is on the phone and I am bugging him lol) but I am already obsessing over it!!
Hey there fellow east coast blogger! I am from Fredericksburg, VA! Love finding bloggers from the same area! Oh and I am so making these for my kiddos, they will LOVE them! :)
ReplyDeleteI totally agree--the Virginia part of the blogger map is lacking!!
DeleteLet me know how they turn out and how your kids like them!
I sure will! :)
DeleteThat's it i'm off to stick some bananas in the freezer - I just have to try this!
ReplyDeleteThe hardest part is letting them actually freeze, I swear! We just kept checking them and saying "uhh I think they are cold enough" so that we could eat them! haha
DeleteLet me know how they turn out :)
