Pumpkin Turkey Chili
Adapted from: Skinny Taste
Ingredients:
2.5 lb Ground Turkey, browned
1 Can Pumpkin Puree (15 oz)
1 Small Can Green Chiles (4.5 oz)
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Small Onion, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 t Chili Powder
1 T Cumin
1 t Oregano
1 T Cinnamon
2 Bay Leaves
Directions:Brown turkey and saute onion and garlic.
Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook for 4-6 hours.
Top with cheese, sour cream, and a shake of cinnamon.
Totally agree on the easiness/deliciousness of chili - love your pumpkin variation! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you mentioned Hard Times Cafe. My go-to after a night at the Ballroom, the fried mac and cheese! And now that we live so close to Cincinnati, we're in no shortage of cinnamon in our chili ;)
